Maybe you’ve just graduated. Maybe you’re ready for a career change. Either way, you want a reliable path—something that pays the bills, builds your skills, and sets you up for a future you can be proud of.
The problem? Most programs cost too much, offer too little, or leave you wondering if you’ll even get hired after.
That’s why we’re here—to offer a different way forward.
Since 1946, we’ve helped individuals build strong, lasting careers. Our apprenticeship program combines real-world experience with expert-led instruction, preparing you to become a certified Inside Wireman.
Unlike traditional trade schools, KETA is a registered apprenticeship program that provides hands-on experience and guaranteed job placement from day one.

We’re here to help you succeed—every step of the way.
Here at the Kalamazoo Electrical Training Alliance, we’re not just running a program; we’re building futures. We take immense pride in every individual who walks through our doors.
From day one, we are highly invested in your success, offering a caring atmosphere where you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our apprentices complete the program, knowing they’re well-prepared for a successful career in the electrical industry. Your achievements are truly our greatest accomplishment.
